Precision Handyman Solutions is a South Florida handyman business built around one idea: the person you let into your home should show up on time, tell you the truth about the job, do the work properly, and leave the place cleaner than they found it.
Our founder started the business after years in management and customer service. Leading teams teaches you quickly what people actually want from a service business, and it is rarely about price at all. It is knowing when someone will arrive. It is a number that does not change after the work starts. It is somebody who notices the caulk line is crooked and fixes it before you have to ask.
That standard runs every job, from a doorknob hole in a hallway wall to a thirty-item rental turnover list. We price fairly, we quote upfront, and we earn repeat customers with work that does not need a second visit.
We are also honest about scope. Florida sets clear limits on what a handyman may take on, and some of the most commonly requested jobs sit on the other side of that line. When yours does, we say so before we quote it and point you to a pro who holds the right state license. It costs us work. It is still the right answer.
