Accessibility Statement

We want this site to work for everyone who needs a repair, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, or magnification.
What we build to
This site targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means:
- Every interactive element can be reached and used with a keyboard alone, and shows a visible focus outline.
- Every form field has a visible label, and errors are announced and linked to the field they belong to.
- Tap targets are at least 44 pixels, and the Call, Text, and Quote bar is 56 pixels tall.
- Text meets contrast requirements. Our amber accent is used for buttons and accents only, never as text on a light background.
- The before-and-after sliders work with arrow keys and carry alternative text on both images.
- Nothing autoplays, and we respect your system's reduced-motion setting.
- Pages work without JavaScript for reading; JavaScript is used only for the sliders, the menu, and the quote form.
Where we know we fall short
Accessibility is not a one-time pass. If a photo is missing good alternative text, or a new page introduces a problem, we want to hear about it and we will fix it rather than explain it away.
