Scope notes stay clean

- Items on a work order that need a state license get flagged, not started.
- You get the flag in writing, so the property file shows why it was referred.
- Nothing we invoice is work we should not have been doing.
Florida doesn't issue a handyman license. Work that requires a Florida contractor's license is referred to licensed pros, so nothing on your invoice is work we shouldn't be doing.
