Mounting and assembly
TV Mounting
Flat, tilting, and full-motion mounts anchored into studs or block, set level, with the cords tidied.
Wall Mounting
Mirrors, art, curtain rods, and blinds hung level and anchored to whatever is actually behind the wall.
Furniture Assembly
Flat-pack built in the room it belongs in, squared, adjusted, and anchored before we go.
Shelving and Storage
Floating shelves, closet systems, pantry runs, and garage racks anchored for the weight they carry.
Work we refer out
This is what we hand off rather than take on:
- We do not take on anything that ties into your home's water supply or drain lines, anything that connects to its power, its cooling system, its roof, or its structure, mold over ten square feet, and any job that needs a permit.
- We will tell you upfront, and point you to a pro who holds the right state license.
- Nothing on your invoice will be work we should not have been doing.
Florida doesn't issue a handyman license. Work that requires a Florida contractor's license is referred to licensed pros, so nothing on your invoice is work we shouldn't be doing.
