Terms of Service and Messaging Terms
Last updated: September 18, 2026
Draft pending legal review. This page is a working draft prepared for launch. A Florida attorney should review it, and the review date below should be updated, before the site starts collecting real customer information.
Using this site
This site describes the handyman services Precision Handyman Solutions offers and lets you request a quote. Nothing on it is an offer of a fixed price. A price becomes real when we send you a written estimate and you approve it.
Scope of work
We provide handyman repairs and installations. Florida doesn't issue a handyman license, and the work we take on is limited to jobs that don't require a state contractor's license. Work that requires one is referred to a pro who holds it. We do not subcontract, mark up, or manage that work; you contract with them directly.
Quotes and approval
- We provide a written estimate covering scope, price, and what is not included.
- You approve it in writing before work starts. A text or an email counts.
- If the job turns out to be different from the photos, we stop and requote rather than continuing and billing more.
- You receive an invoice listing the business name, the date, the work performed, and the total.
Scheduling and access
We confirm an arrival window before the visit. An adult should be present at the start and at the end, unless we have agreed on lockbox access for a vacant unit. If a property has gate, HOA, elevator, or parking requirements, tell us when you book, because they change how long a job takes.
Photos of completed work
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio without identifying details. We do not publish faces, house numbers, license plates, mail, or personal belongings. We ask before publishing anything from your home, and a no is a no.
Text messaging terms
Program name: Precision Handyman Solutions customer messaging.
- What we send. Quotes, scheduling confirmations, arrival-window reminders, "on my way" notices, invoices, and replies to your questions.
- Who gets messages. People who text us first, and people who checked the consent box on a form. The box is unchecked by default and consent is never required to get a quote or to buy anything.
- Message frequency. Varies by job. Most customers receive a handful of messages around a single visit.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your carrier may.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message. We stop immediately and send one confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or call(000) 000-0000.
- Hours. We send marketing messages only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. local time. Messages about a job already in progress may fall outside that window when the job requires it.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we store consent records is described in thePrivacy Policy.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is done, unless we agreed otherwise in writing. Larger material purchases may require a deposit before we buy them.
Cancellations
Let us know as early as you can if you need to reschedule. We do the same for you: if we have to move a visit, you hear it from us directly, not by us failing to arrive.
Limits
We are responsible for our own workmanship. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions we did not cause, for materials supplied by others, or for problems a repair reveals but did not create. If we find something outside our scope, we tell you rather than covering it up.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
